How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription. You can also go to the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

I paid, but Pro isn't unlocked.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy. This also brings Pro back after you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help if something went wrong.

My rising sign or houses look wrong.

Your rising sign and houses depend on your exact birth time and city. Check both in your birth details. If you don't know your birth time, the app still shows your Sun and Moon signs and planet positions, but rising and houses will be approximate. Charts use the tropical zodiac, and you can choose your house system in the birth chart.

How do I turn on the AI assistant?

The assistant uses your own Anthropic API key, so your conversations go straight from your phone to Anthropic and never through us.

  • Create a key at console.anthropic.com. Usage is billed by Anthropic to your account.
  • In the app, open Settings, tap AI Cosmic Assistant, and paste your key.
  • To switch it off, open the same screen and tap Remove key.
How do I add the widgets?

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Mood Astrology. If the widget shows no birth details, open the app once so it can share them with the widget.

I'm not getting Moon notifications.

Open the iOS Settings app, tap Notifications, then Mood Astrology, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Then check your reminder settings in the app. Focus modes can also hold notifications back.

Where is my data, and how do I delete it?

Everything you enter stays on your iPhone. There is no account and we don't receive your data. You can edit or delete entries in the app, and deleting the app removes everything it stored. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Is the app called Moony or Mood Astrology?

Both, for now. Mood Astrology is the new name for the app that was called Moony, and the App Store listing may still show the earlier name while it updates. It is the same app, and your purchases carry over.
